Arrived broken. Messaged asking for a replacement and was told they wont send out a replacement unless I pay and return a broken product and order a new one myself. Very disappointed.

The wrong item was sent and arrived as Mum.
This wouldn’t normally be too painful, however there has recently been a bereavement and so this has been really upsetting and frustrating.
It’s a great product, however a little more care and attention when dispatching would have been good.
